Thank You

The Norwegian Ridge Birding and Nature Trails became a reality due to funding made possible through a grant given by the Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation (SMIF), gifts by private donors, and countless hours spent by volunteers. Also thank you to our birding experts: Andrew Nyhus is an avid birder who lives in Winona, MN and Thurman Tucker is a Bobwhite Quail expert. Both provided a wealth of information.

Also four photographers allowed us to use their photos on our trail signs and on our website.
